AGbaF Strategy Meeting 2025

What strategy will lead to the support of women in science and science-supporting area? How can gender equality and work-life balance be successfully established in research organizations? What needs to be done to integrate gender equality aspects into all fields of research as a matter of course and across the board? What role does the Alliance of Gender Equality Officers of Non-University Research Organizations (AGbaF) want to play in pursuing these goals, and how must our network position itself in order to demonstrate the necessary power? These questions were the subject of the groundbreaking discussion at the AGbaF Strategy Meeting 2025 in Berlin in September.
In the run-up to the 2025 federal election, the AGbaF was interested in the various parties' attitudes, concepts and plans regarding gender equality policy. Despite follow-up questions and intervention, our electoral touchstones were not answered. more

In the run-up to the 2021 federal election, the AGbaF was interested in the equality policy attitudes, concepts and plans of the various parties. Statements were sent by the parties Bündnis 90 - Die GRÜNEN, SPD, DIE LINKE, CDU and FDP. The AfD did not send a response. more

Networked through a joint working group, the AGbaF works closely with the Bundeskonferenz der Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten an Hochschulen e.V. (bukof) on overarching issues. Here from 2020 joint equality-oriented recommendations on the topic:
