Alliance of Gender Equality Officers of Non-University Research Organisations

The Alliance of Gender Equality Officers of Non-University Research Organizations (AGbaF) unites the Gender Equality officers of the four german research organizations Helmholtz Association, Leibniz Association, Fraunhofer Society and Max Planck Society.

Their main goals and tasks are to represent common interests relevant to gender equality in the research organizations and to develop gender equality policy positions in exchange with politicians.

The AGbaF was founded on 01.06.2005 and represents around 600 Gender Equality Officers and over 120,000 employees.
